How long can you keep abortion pills?

The shelf life of the medications is at least two years as long as the blister pack is kept sealed, and is not exposed to heat, light, or moisture.

Most medicines, also mifepristone and misoprostol, are  still safe and effective for years past their original expiration date when they have been stored properly. [1]
