If it has been LESS than 5 weeks since you took the pills, then a positive pregnancy test does NOT necessarily mean that you are still pregnant.
If the test is positive ( two stripes) more than 5 weeks after you did the abortion, you might still be pregnant. This can be confirmed by doing an ultrasound
Abortion pills are safe, common, and hundreds of people use them at home every day. The process is usually over within several hours.
